I applied online and completed the online questions; these were basic questions about your past work and self. Following on from this, I was asked to complete a hireview interview. It consisted of 5 questions that were followed by 3 short “games”. These questions were all strength based; I needed to consider all my strengths and how I developed these in a real life context. Once this was viewed and accepted, I received a call inviting me to an assessment centre. This was completed on zoom. This consisted of a group task, a pre-prepared presentation, a strengths interview and a written task. The whole centre was really organised and ran smoothly. Overall, I found the whole hiring process was really well organised and was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and the interview was not pressurised;I felt really relaxed throughout and it brought the best out in me.
