the interview process began with a call over the phone allowing me to gain knowledge on marsh and the day to day running of the company. furthermore we discussed my plans for the future and what I thought about the opportunities that would arise if I was to get the job. after this I was quickly contacted and invited in for an interview where I had to present a 5 minute presentation about myself and how id be a good fit for the role. after this I was asked questions about how id react to situations in the workplace and how id go about solving issues. after this we discussed what life would be like working for marsh and then proceeded to talk about my personal life for a short while. at the end of the interview I was told id be contacted in the near future to which I was within 3 working days.
