I recently went through the interview process for the Senior iOS Engineer role at MasterClass, and it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was extremely well-organized and transparent. The recruiter did a fantastic job of keeping me informed at every stage and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. All the interviewers were very approachable and encouraging. Every conversation felt like talking to potential teammates. They asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and it was clear they cared as much about culture fit and collaboration as they did about technical skills. Overall, I left the process with a very positive impression of not only of the role, but of the company as a whole.

The questions ranged from standard iOS knowledge-based question to specific application design decisions. Nothing that was asked was out of the ordinary. I cannot share specific questions due to a signed NDA.
