I applied through a Co-op program at my university in Montreal. The interview process was online and very straightforward. No technical test or questions (there was no required programming languages so it may be different for other positions) . Interviewer was very kind and thoroughly explained the position.
Based on your experiences, they will ask basic behavioural questions such as “During your time *insert experience, when did you have a conflict and how did you deal with it?”
