I heard of the job through a friend. I contacted the recruiter who exclusively recruits for this company (employed). Interviewed via phone with recruiter. Amy was very friendly and asked basic employment and experience questions. Took coding proficiency test. Amy emailed me the test. I had to complete it once I opened it but there was no time limit, The test was fair and asked common coding scenarios for multiple specialties. No trick questions. Interviewed by phone with leader who also asked just basic employment questions like experience. I had to wait for a position to become available, but that was okay with me because I was able to give 4 weeks notice to my current employer. Offered position. Went through online orientation. Orientation consisted of a grueling 2 days of HIPAA videos (expected, but still rough to get through) and then a very informative mission and visions presentation. After I completed the mission and vision presentation- I truly got a good picture of the company I'd be working for.
