The process began with 2 behavioral interviews, the first one being more informational. I was set up with a recruiter who led me through the entire process.
After the 2 behavioral interviews, I was given a HackerRank exam. Most companies give HackerRank exams first, so they never really get to know you. I really enjoyed doing behavioral interviews before an exam. The HackerRank was fairly easy compared to the technical interviews after it.
If you pass the HackerRank, the next stage is two live-coding technical interviews. You don't need to pass the first one to get the next. The give you both of them and then analyze the results. I was told if you do well on only one you might get a third. That made me feel comfortable knowing I would still have a chance if I messed up.
My recruiter was incredibly friendly and transparent. The process was laid out from the beginning so I knew what to expect. I really felt as if my recruiter was fighting for me to get the job. I would definitely recommend applying.
