We always have nice communication and are very straight to the point when doing project interviews, we never lose playfulness while being serious with work-related questions. I felt very at ease.

The interview process is very easy and comfortable. First, an interviewer contacts you for the initial interview. They ask you simple questions then they tell you about the position and the project and what you'll be doing/using. They tell you the pay rate and ask if you accept. The entire interview is only 10-15 minutes. If all is well, they set you up for an interview with the project manager. It is pretty much the same as the initial interview. If all goes well, you sign your docs and start orientation.
