call with recruiter 3 onsite interviews with the team MD and VP of Sales. They ask open ended questions. Want to see how you think. Very protective of the culture. Interview is typically with the top producing individual contributors and team leads. It's a great close knit team.
Multiple rounds of interviews. First interview was with the hiring manager, followed by a video interview. The next step was to meet with some of the team members prior to an offer.

The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable, which helped me present myself authentically. They asked thoughtful and relevant questions, giving me a chance to showcase my skills and experience in depth. I appreciated that they also took the time to explain the role, the company culture, and the expectations, which helped me understand how I would fit within the team.

Fast, quick, efficient, and onboarding was quick as well. I was in town interviewing with other companies, and they made the process very quick. They like prior experience in recruiting, but I don't think they would've required it. The division that I am working in definitely benefits with prior experience. Without prior experience I could see someone at an entry level REALLY struggling.
