I had applied directly on the company website about a year ago, so it was a surprise when I got the call. The interview process took around a month with all the 4 rounds and negotiations.
The interviews were moderately difficult from a technical standpoint, but they did give ample time for preparation, which helped.
I had 1 HR, 1 manager, and 2 technical arounds, with one being a presentation around.
Overall, the experience was very good and the interviewers were very helpful, Clear and polite enough to answer all my questions

Overall, the process was engaging, informative, and went smoothly through the peer interview, which I felt went exceptionally well. However, I was disappointed to receive a rejection email without any explanation or feedback. Having prepared thoroughly and performed strongly during the interview, I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on areas for improvement. It was a waste of time.

Starts of with HR, Hiring Manager, peers, and then other departments like solutions architect, sales, etc... Quite average except for the technical part, which can be a bit difficult if you're not from the data space
