I applied online, and a member of the HR team reached out to me via email. We had a 15-minute video call where we discussed my recent experiences in general. The next day, I received a rejection email with no explanation as to why I was rejected. I kindly replied, asking for feedback, but I never heard back. I still believe I am the best fit for the role based on the job description, location, and budget.

HR generic chat, Hiring manger conversation with two more rounds. Combination of behavior and coding questions. Standard things you would expect from other engineer interviews.
But they like low balling on the offer and tend to be strict on WFO policy for Canadians although all US employees can work remotely.
Great interview process and HR did a great job on keeping me updated between interview stages. The two rounds of technical interviews focused more on practical coding where you collaborated with the interviewer to come to a good solution. Highly recommend
