If you're the one targeted they will arrange a lunch/dinner with candidates to gauge how is the behavior outside the interview.

Basically an aptitude/technical interview where they asked questions related to software engineering(theory) and a programming question. Followed by an HR interview where they asked some basic questions about you experiences with projects and how you handled the roadblocks during the project.
