The interview consisted of 6 hours, meeting with several people from the company. The first part was them showing me around, describing what the company does, or at least it was supposed to be. The first person I was to meet with did not show up.
Next They asked me to give a 15-20 min presentation on one of my projects outlining my process and design choices. Afterwards 2 members of the UX team asked me some questions to see how I think (there were not necessarily right or wrong answers).
The fourth session was lunch with 2 others, which they paid for. This was more of a chance for me to ask them questions about the company and learn more as well as to see if I was a good social fit.
Then there was another interview, this one a little more serious. They gave me a design problem to work out in order to see me go through the process of design. I did not realize at the time but the interviewers were supposed to represent the user base for you to ask questions (they said it in a joking manner so I did not think I was actually supposed to pretend they were users).
The final 2 sessions were a winding down period, just final questions I had for them and they had for me.
