Super quick process whilst still conducting really thorough interviews. Didn't feel like I was being interrogated, and felt I had the opportunity to really explain my skills and portfolio. Always kept updated on the process and was provided detailed feedback even though I didn't get the role. Overall really friendly process that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Stage 1 was a 1:1 30 minute remote interview with the Head of Design. Stage 2 was an hour remote portfolio review with the wider product team which was structured into 3 parts - 10 minutes to introduce myself and give an overview of my background, 30 minutes to present work of my choice and 20 minutes for questions from the team. Overall this was a really positive experience; I was kept well informed throughout the process, every person I met was really friendly and engaged and I was given useful written feedback after the portfolio review and reasoning as to why I wasn't being taken through to the next stage.
