As described in other interview experiences at GlassDoor, the management is very inadequate. My interview was scheduled at 11am, while my first round started at 2:40pm. I lots all my interest and excitement about interview by then. None of the people from resource-management were available/visible; while all the candidates just kept waiting at reception. Rather, a few people from some consultancy company were managing the candidates (who left just before lunch time). I attended my first round halfheartedly. It was first time I felt so much happiness for being rejected !
