HR will call and schedule your interview. they took 6 rounds of technical interview. 1) Telephonic asp.net,c#,MVC. 2) Skype round. 3) Telephonic technical round. 4) Manager round. 5) HR discussion . 6) again Technical round. Event Microsoft don't take that much round. Netlink HR just call you for time pass nothing more than that. after giving 6 rounds or interview even HR don't give your feedback.

Very unprofessional behavior by the company. Don't attend the interview if you are looking for well managed company. 1st round was java test then a technical round some basic questions asked and then second technical round which i cleared and HR has given me positive feedback. HR process is very unprofessional,
