Online virtual screening: You have to answer 5-6 typical HR screening questions that are video recorded. You get two attempts at answering each question. They are times. It's unfortunate they eliminated the human interaction element. The next interview was with two managers. Typical STAR format questions. I was informed I would hear "good news" within a week. That week went by with no word. I followed up and was informed it would take about a months time. A month went by with no word. I followed up and was told to hang tight. I followed up again and didn't receive a response. This interview occurred in June of 2022. After several attempts with the hiring manager and HR I haven't received any information. I've been informed by several current employees that it's very unorganized at the moment but never in my career have I been completely ghosted after basically being told I would get the job. It's been disappointing to see the company fall quite a bit from where it used to be.
STAR format. Situation based questions from experience. Pretty standard for a big corporation. Three people on the interview panel all taking turns reading questions. They allowed me to ask questions about the position when I was finished with their questions.
They use standard techniques. Tend to hide experienced employees. Their ratio employee to Contractor is low so they need people that know what they are doing. Just have what you did in different situations
