Have to apply online. Seasonal interviews are quick and easy to apply and get hired. Typically 2 month job, but if you work hard and have great attendance, you will be offered permanent positions.

I applied online and was phone screened a week later. I was then invited to an in person interview. They asked basic interview questions and did a tour of the store. I was offered the job later that day.
