I applied online and within a week received a call from a recruiter saying they want to hire me. I’m assuming it’s because I had qualities they wanted like initiative, multitasking in fast paced environment, independent worker etc. based off my background at Starbucks and the U.S. army. But also I heard they wanted people who had no fulfillment experience so they could train fresh people.

The interview process was overall pretty straightforward. They ask pretty general interview questions on a one on one basis. Did not take too long maybe about ten to fifteen minutes.
