Had 5 stages of interview and 1 take home assessment:
- 15 minutes HR screening
- 30 minutes deeper HR to talk about role and offering
- Take home assessment that took around 4 hours to complete
- 30 minutes chat with VP of Product
- 45 minutes chat with VP of Product again
- 45 minutes chat with Engineering Director
There was some interesting delay in later stages to get feedback. Unfortunately after all these stages I wasn't given reasons on why I wasn't selected. Would've appreciated some honest feedback after all the time invested in the process. But seems most companies nowadays don't care that much about providing feedback which is disappointing.

Vraag 1
Take home had 3 parts, one about product usability test and proposing improvements as well as prioritizing those improvements. Second part was about deciding if a company should implement, integrate or discard a set of features. Finally some A/B testing questions.
Interviews were mostly about past experiences, but also included some open ended technical questions you would expect for a Product Management position like "given this product and it's features, which are the main risks you identify", or "how would you prioritize the following features".
