The Good: Recruiters were responsive, and interviewers were generally personable and seemed excited about their work. The Not So Good: Lengthy 6-week process with scheduling issues near the end. The final interview was with someone who had only been there a few days. After extensive preparation and completing all rounds, I waited 1.5 weeks for a rejection that felt like they ultimately didn't fill the role. Overall: Extensive process (3 rounds, 7 interviews, including scenario work and a technical presentation requiring substantial prep) that started well but suffered from poor organizational execution toward the end.
