Interview process was smooth and quick. Only con is they will not schedule it as per your liking. Also interviewers will ask bookish terminolgy question which is useless in senior role. First 2 round ,interviewer did not switched on the video call. Highly unprofessional. 3rd round some guy was interviewing with pre set questions in mind. Rather than knowing the candidate, interview was one way approach here. Also to be noted openText is not a product company .They do not have any product of their own.They are just aggregators.
