It was an in-depth interview looking to fit both characters, work culture, and business ethic. They were transparent and clear about all the steps of the interview. They were constantly checking up on me throughout the process, which was very appreciated.

The interview process was very clear and painless. Djoye made sure I was comfortable the entire time and outlined clear next steps throughout. Throughout each next step I knew exactly what I had to do and when I followed up she promptly responded to any and all of my questions. All interviewers I interacted with were passionate and open to answering all my questions. I appreciated that the interview process allowed me to get a real sense of what the culture was like. Even more, I liked that I had a chance to interview with a cross-functional partner to see what that experience would be like rather than just the partner success department silo.
