It is preferred to send the CV with the reference of current employee (Sr. CTM, Associate director, Director etc.). This will increase the visibility of your CV and it is very much possible that the HR will give preference to your CV while short listing. Once candidate name is short listed the HR person would contact candidate via telephone. During this call the HR would re-confirm candidates interest, current commitments and availability for first round of face to face interview. Once the date is confirmed the HR would send candidate an email communication with respect to the same. Candidate should acknowledge the receipt and confirm his/ her availability by replying.
In face to face interview there would be three people involved. HR person and two Associate Director project management or equivalent. During interview candidate would be given a case study on project management to prepare a presentation. The presentation should address at minimum : Identify the internal stake holders and documents to procure information, identify the issues, identify the risk and suggest mitigation plan (including plan B). The mitigation plan should be full proof addressing the issues in all aspect. Some of them may be resource allocation, finance etc. The HR will give candidate 1and half hr. to prepare this presentation.
The next activity would be prioritizing the task. A task list would be given to the candidate and the candidate should arrange the task as per priority.
Once these activities are completed, the HR will share the presentation prepared by candidate with the interviewer. The discussion during interview would revolve around this presentation. Post this discussion candidate would be asked to explain the tasks prioritized by him/ her. Post this discussion the HR may continue further to understand your family background and other aspects. The HR would allow to ask questions if candidate has.
The HR will let candidate know the out come of interview via phone. If candidate is selected then the HR would give you an offer on phone or via email.

They greeted me and asked me a few questions tested my english and then I answered them and I passed the interview. Then they offered me a job and I declined it cuz I wanted a better offer

It was one video interview with a People Manager and Director. It started with general conversation then moved to CV review. I was asked to talk through my CV and they asked related questions. Behavior based questions followed. It wrapped up with "why PPD" and decision timelines and communication.
