One hour phone call since video did not work. Was with an RPCV recruiter who had served a few years back. Interviewer seemed exacerbated with her job. The experience was okay. If you have prior interview experience you will be fine
They email you all the questions beforehand. It's an interview where they ask you about different situations you may have been and how you handled the situation and reacted. Just prepare answers beforehand and you will be fine.

They will ask you about past and current long term experiences that relate to the following: o Living or working with people from another culture; o Working in an unstructured environment; o Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring others; o Failing to achieve a significant goal that was within your control. They will ask you about commonly faced challenges, such as: o Uncommon foods/lack of variety in diet, altered living conditions, and modifying appearance o Separation from family/friends/significant other, geographic/volunteer isolation, and perception of privacy o Traditional gender roles and diversity and inclusion challenges and opportunities (e.g. ethnicity, race, physical attributes, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, or other traits).
Was straight forward. There is a list of questions they ask and they take maybe 10 of those for the interview so you can prepare ahead. Done by a returned peace corps volunteer which is helpful for any questions you may have
