The interview process is so tedious. First of all I have not spoken to a single human being during the process. I’ve done two videos and two home assessments. I had to do the San Francisco ADU assessment and initially hesitated to do it because of all the reviews here but I was up to the task, spent a whole day doing this assessment and trying to do it as best as I could just to be rejected via email the following day, no explanation and no human interaction. The pay for the role was even so low listed as $3 - $7 the hour
