Phone interview with Marketing Director. Questions related to my background and previous experience.
Received positive feedback about my profile at the end of the phone call.
I waited 2 weeks for a response, after which I got an automatic rejection email from HR. I did not get any feedback on my application or any other email regarding the interview. Seems like they have no respect for their applicants, who actually took the time to research their company.

L'entretien d'embauche suit un processus structuré. Tout d'abord, il y a une phase de préparation où le candidat se familiarise avec l'entreprise. Be prepared to be asked many questions specific to the industry / the brands & the completion. Be prepared to be asked to give a presentation to a pannel before getting an offer.

The overall process was good. The questions were balanced between competency based and situational. I felt the interview was quite personal and felt the questions were tailored to the information they already knew about me. The interviews were done with the hiring manager only and I think it would be of benefit to have a HR representative present. I felt the feedback session post-interview was where the improvement could be
