Notified for a phone interview 3 weeks from application. Phone interview took approximately 30 minutes. Interviewer was clearly experienced and very professional. Questions were straight forward and not designed to be tricky in any way. I was clearly informed of what they were looking for and their time frame.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here.
The selection process comprised 3–4 rounds of interviews, scheduled based on mutual availability. The sequence was as follows:
1. Initial HR Screening – Conducted by the HR team to assess overall fit and basic eligibility.
2. Line Manager Interview – Focused on role-specific skills and experience.
3. Super Boss Interview – A higher-level evaluation of strategic alignment and leadership expectations.
4. Cross-functional Interviews – Two additional rounds with stakeholders from other Business Units to assess collaborative and business-wide fit.
5. Final Interview with HR Head – Focused on culture fit, organizational alignment, and final discussion.
