They basically will ask you how you would deal with at difficult customer, I did not get any really technical questions. Mention what you've done ( IT wise that is ) in the past , be honest and use the standard catch phrases and you be OK

If you have a few years of experience you will most likely be called back. As long as you say you follow rules and procedures they will hire you. Supervisor will throw you under the bus, get everything they ask you to do in email or record it.
