1 basic phone interview followed by 3 rounds of interviews. One with the design team, second with management leaders, and third with upper management. The interview in itself was a fun experience, lot of questions exchanged. Questions on past design experience, project management experience, software competency, construction material experience, and work ethics questions.

1st round with HR where they get to know you a bit first, 2nd round with the engineering team and they ask about your understanding of the job and work experience.
