There were three interviews, the first was a HR type of introductory. The second was with a senior manager, and the final was meant to be a validation interview with someone in the field. The first two were quite thorough respectful and enjoyable. The third was nothing like the first two, the interviewer seemed disinterested, distracted, arrived late, and wasn't prepared.
