Initial contact was through a national recruiter. She conducted a 45 min general background interview. These questions were in the format of Situation/Task, Action, Result (STAR). Once i completed this interview she told me I would receive a technical knowledge interview via telephone. About two days later, I received the call and was asked several questions regarding Microsoft .NET programming, web application development, and coding patterns. Once this interview was completed, I was called by the national recruiter and told I would participate in four 1-hour 1:1 interviews in their offices in Colorado Springs. These interviews also followed the STAR process with each person focusing on a different area (e.g. technical , relational, etc). Once this stage was completed, I was offered the position by the national recruiter.
