Compared to other companies I've interview for, their process is very structured and difficult. I had a 1-hour phone interview and three 1 hour interviews back-to-back at one of their locations. During all interviews the interviewer wrote my responses down in columns corresponding to the STAR format. Each question had to be answered by explaining a situation or task that relates to the questions followed by the action and the result. They seem to want answers that related to a single situation that you've experienced. After 4 hours of these types of questions all started to sound the same, and so did my answers. Coming up with unique situations makes their interviews difficult. In the end I was not offered the job because I had more of a development background instead of a mix of design and development.
