Two co founders sit on the final interview where one tries to stumble through a question as he fails to put together a coherent sentence and the other sits silently like a serial killer stalking their prey. The interview was awkward as I don’t think one of them said a single word after hello and the one who chose to speak was not too charismatic and was Zooming in from a bedroom messier than my college dorm. After the interview I was told I should hear back by the end of the next week. Come the Monday following that one and a half week period I reach out to no avail and finally after another month they reach out to let me know I haven’t been selected. While the pay and benefits seem fitting the lack of communication and uncomfortable interview with the founders make me glad to not have gotten the position.
