A few points of clarification: our process does not include AI interviews. The recorded video is a standard step we use so candidates can speak in their own words before a live call. There was also one personality assessment, not two.
That said, there are two things you raised that are fair.
The role change from Head of Creative to Senior Designer was a real shift in our needs and it should have been communicated clearly to every candidate in the pipeline. It was not and that is on us. You deserved a straight explanation before investing more time in the process.
On the screening call, we hold our team to a high standard of preparation and it sounds like that call fell short of it. We are taking that seriously.
