Applied via Linkedin Jobs and got the invite for Codility Test. After passing the test, I could schedule a google-meet interview with HR. However, it was cancelled (sickleave or whatever) and rescheduled in another week. Finally, during the short google meeting, I did not persuade the interviewer that even I had a "manager" title it does not mean that I am not a hands-on data (python and sql) engineer. I got rejection email pretty soon after that.
