Contacted through a recruitment agency, they scheduled a "personality" review with the comany to go through your work history etc. and to explain the role in more detail. They then scheduled another "technical" interview a few days later with a senior developer to talk through some programming concepts / questions ex: "What is your knowledge of X technology", "What would you do in X situation" etc.
