I was invited for the first stage interview which was a typing test. After passing this stage the next stage was an behavioural interview. I was given 1 day notice for both of the interviews which had a fixed time. This was slightly inconvenient.

Starts with a typing test, aim to achieve 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy. This is followed by a written assessment to assess report writing skills. The actual interviews are two and they come after the two tests. The interviews are behavioral based and the questions are designed to assess the candidates ability to meet the expectations on the job description.
