Arrived on time and was flexible for interview on a Saturday. Met with the owner who has no experience interviewing. They expect you to put 45-60 hours of work in a week. The job advertisement was inaccurate when I asked about compensation and benefits. I asked the owner typical questions after the interview such as benefits/time-off and said “If you’re already asking about time off, I’m kind of worried.” . Which I replied, that is a typical question that is asked in interviews you know that? Asked about work/life balance and he flat out said there is none. Overall— seems like this company has unrealistic expectations for their employees. If you want a job to be someone’s life—it has to pay like it’s their life.
