I applied online and was called the same day. The initial phone interview was scheduled a couple of days later. After the phone interview, I was called and asked to come in and for interview with one of the owners. That interview was scheduled for a few days later. When I walked in the agency was pretty quiet. It seemed like most of the people working were developers. Nice office though, especially when you consider it is located in a cookie cutter office park, but it definitely had an agency feel. The interview was very run of the mill - not unprofessional but also not dynamic or interesting in any way. They present themselves as full service but Rhythm is primarily a web development shop who does some marketing. I asked the owner what makes them different and he really didn't have an answer.
