The recruitment process had four stages. Once your CV is selected, you're sent an editing test. This is followed by an interview and another time-bound editing test. Though tedious, the HR is incredibly prompt, polite, and approachable. The team ensures the process is seamless and smooth. My interviewer was the kindest, and she made the interview feel more like a friendly conversation. Even after expressing my inability to join them due to academic commitments, the HR Manager reached out for a talk and was open to exploring freelance possibilities. Anyone who joins such a team would be lucky, to say the least.
