Two video chat interviews. Both were pretty straightforward and conversational. I was asked to teach something in the first one and in the second we just talked about the position. It was pretty easy and the flow was good.

I was asked about related experience and had to answer situational questions in regards to student safety, cultural sensitivity, and staff interactions. Interviewer was friendly and encouraging! There are multiple steps to the interview process so be sure to ask about next steps.
