Communication was inconsistent and lacking transparency, which created false expectations and wasted significant time. While I respect that hiring decisions can be complex, this experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism and candidate care. It’s a reminder for job seekers to carefully evaluate how a company treats applicants as a reflection of its internal culture.
