During the interview only one employer showed up as the other person couldn't make it due to traveling. They didn't let me know beforehand or afterwards for that matter but I took it at face value. I contacted them via email to schedule another interview with them. They apologized for not being able to make it, and agreed to second interview by asking if I was available that Friday. I had a prior engagement that Friday, therefore I was unable to attend. I Conveyed this, and asked about a different time. Not only did I not get a response, they ghosted me for 15 days before emailing me that they weren't progressing with my application. When questioned why especially since they agreed to a second interview I never got a response. If you are thinking about applying, don't. The manager is unable to communicate, and only willing to do things on his own terms. This is NOT a healthy environment, nor a place you want to be.

A one on one interview with the General Manager or Assistant Manager. The interview is basically 30 minutes and I would recommend showing up at least 15 minutes early. Being a small location they're both usually too busy to interview on time.
