3-4 rounds Technical Screening, Coding Round 1, Coding Round 2, HR Manager Round This was one of the worst experiences I have had in my entire career, the recruiter asked me to give dates for interview and I did. I completed the first round, the interviewer joined 20 minutes late, and asked me one coding question, which i solved, interviewer was disinterested the whole time, I got the working solution, gave optimizations. The interview ended 15 minutes before the expected time, so the whole interview was just 25 minutes. Immediately I get an email saying I was rejected , when enquired why, the HR got angry and started yelling at me. Saying they know what they are doing, without giving any proper feedback. They do not care about the candidate, and only waste our time. This was one of the worst experiences I have had. After investing weeks of preparation and doing well in the interview, the minimum they can do is provide actual feedback on why candidature is being rejected.
