      I interviewed with Sev1Tech in early February. The interviewer showed up a bit late and joined from mobile due to technical issues (it happens I get it). What followed was a pleasant interview where it seemed like I fit the role requirements pretty well and the interviewer said I should hear back by the end of the day or the next day as to whether or not we would be moving forward with the process. Never heard another word from the recruiter and my follow-up email received no response. This is a good example of what was otherwise a pleasant interview process gone south. If I were to turn this into useful feedback, remember applicants are putting their best foot forward in their job search and treat them with dignity and respect by providing bare minimum communication. This conduct puts bad marks on your company for no real reason, signals what internal communication might look, and alienates future applicants. Please treat potential employees with the same courtesy as you would potential clients.

      I interviewed with Sev1 Tech earlier this month. Interviewer showed up a bit late and joined from mobile due to teams issues (it happens I get it). After a pleasant interview where I seemed to match what was being looked for in the role, interviewer said I should hear back as to whether or not we'd be moving forward either by the end of the day or the following day. Never heard another word from this company following this interaction with follow-up emails being ignored. This is a prime example of what could have been a nice interview process gone south. I were to try to turn this into useful feedback, not doing the absolute minimum of responding to emails and treating your potential employees with dignity and respect gives your company negative marks for no real reason and speaks on the soul and culture of your company, as well as to how it might treat its people. Please put your best foot forward with potential hires the same way you might when dealing with a potential clients.
