I had an interview with Shoplocal, and I must say it is a very friendly environment. The questions were very basic such as " What is the hardest thing you had to do on the job? " or " What unique characteristics can you bring to the design team?" The people dress very casual such as jeans, regular shirts, however I would not recommend dressing that way for the interview.
