Easy Interview process, wish they were more up front about growth opportunities and pipeline that is available. Seems they hire individuals based off of upcoming projects and don't know what to do with individuals that are on the bench. There is also a shift in company culture since joining with Infosys becoming more and more involved with Simplus as a company

Vraag 1
What is one of the most challenging Salesforce builds you have been a part of? What pain points did the client have and how did you resolve them?
I was referred to Simplus by a mutual industry colleague. I spoke first with the Talent/HR rep; my second call was with one of the people who runs the Strategy group; then I had a third interview with another senior-level person from the Strategy group. After that call, I was told to await scheduling for a call with someone in the local office—and an on-site visit.
All of these calls were great, and left me with a terrific impression of the company, the work, and the culture. The conversations culminated with me being explicitly told that they were looking forward to having me in for a visit.
And then I was just straight up GHOSTED. Follow-up emails to the people I spoke with all went unanswered. I never heard anything in the months after.
This was one of the most bizarre experiences of my professional life, particularly given the fact that I was referred in, I am an experienced professional in the field, and we all know people and clients in common. To this day, I have no idea what the rationale was, or why I never even got a basic form-letter rejection or communication of any kind.
This was starkly inconsistent with all of the great things I had been told (and read) about this company, and it was inconsistent with the actual conversations I had with multiple people.
Utterly bizarre.
