GHOSTED. . . After three virtual interviews/chats, then a 30-minute in-person presentation followed by several additional in-person interviews and a tour. Either the hiring manager thinks he is too thoughtless to send the minimum canned decline email OR he can't deliver negative news or constructive feedback. Neither of these jive with my values.
