Very disappointing experience. Initially had a phone interview with HR and then 3 face to face interviews with the same hiring manager. The interviews all went very well and was between myself and someone else and assumed they would hire one of us. Learnt that the hiring manager didn’t think either of us was suitable (I was told I didn’t have the right skills and experience) and the job was reposted on LinkedIn. Note that no new skills or experience was listed. I find the role of the hiring manager in this process very unprofessional, he should have realised earlier in the first or even second face to face what he was looking for in a candidate and wasted my time. Overall the company in my view has come across as very inefficient, unable to make strategic decisions and showed lack of direction.
