The interview process consisted of informal technical conversations. Pay very close attention to the benefits offered. I was initially hesitant to accept the job offer because of the sky-high insurance costs, but HR told me over the phone that most of it would be covered by the company. After many email exchanges where I tried to get a specific number from HR as to what is covered and what is not, it turns out the company doesn't cover the health insurance costs to any meaningful degree. I didn't reject the job offer because of the cost of insurance; I rejected it because their HR person lied to me and misled me when trying to convince me accept their offer. Make sure to get everything in writing and take everything HR tells you with a grain of salt.

You will be interviewed by HR, and a technical coding excercises. Once you get pass it, you will recieve and offer and you will be requested to submit all your personal data for background check and security clearance. It took 2-3 weeks for me to be cleared. I have to drive hours just to get my finger prints and submit to them because there is no abailable in the area. Once you are cleared, you will be scheduled for a "meet and greet" meeting, only to find out that this is the final interview and the disrespectful BOSS who has the "hire and fire" people in his linkedin discription starting to ask you questions that are out of this world and questions that has specific answers like "what is the max timeout of an SQS"- who cares about that?. Very frustrating because you have to invest a lot of resources and time just to fail on the "meet and greet" with a mesge from the HR that the client(Boos) chage their needs. After almost a month of doing all theses you will still be rejected. I dont recommend to apply to this company. One thing to note, HR will tell you that the Program Manager will call you over the phone before the meet and greet to give you some idea and prepare you for the meet and greet and that diddnt happen. She showed up late in the meet and greet as well. Very unprofessional.
